Terms of Service

Effective date: August 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Gregorio's Trattoria website, online ordering, gift cards, and the Gregorio's Rewards program. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering and payment

• Menu items, prices, and availability are set by each restaurant location and may differ between locations and change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is collected in full when you place an order, including scheduled and catering orders.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details, including pickup location, delivery address, and scheduled times.
• Delivery orders are subject to the delivery area and delivery fee shown at checkout.
• Catering orders must be placed within the lead times shown at checkout and may be scheduled no more than 7 days in advance.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or menu errors, or operational problems; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order — incorrect or defective items, or an order not delivered as promised — contact us within 24 hours at admin@gregoriostrattoria.com or 703-689-4894 with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (including gift cards, refunded to the card). Catering cancellations: contact the restaurant as early as possible; refunds for cancellations are handled case-by-case, with full refunds for cancellations made before preparation begins. Perishable goods already prepared and gift card purchases are not refundable except as required by law.

Gregorio's Rewards

• Earning: members earn 1 point per dollar of qualifying purchases (pre-tax, pre-tip) ordered online while signed in, or in-restaurant when the member's phone number or email is given with the order.
• Every 100 points automatically converts to a $10 reward coupon. Birthday rewards may be issued annually.
• Coupons expire 60 days after issuance unless stated otherwise, are one-time use, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or combined in a single order.
• Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and are forfeited if an account is closed.
• In-restaurant visits are matched by verified phone number or account email. Unmatched visits can be credited by staff from your receipt for up to 30 days.
• Legacy balances from the restaurant's previous rewards program were migrated and attach automatically when your verified email or phone matches a legacy record.
• One account per person. We may correct point balances affected by error, fraud, or abuse, and may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
• The program's earning rates, thresholds, and benefits may change prospectively; we will not remove points you have already earned. The program may be modified or discontinued.

Gift cards

Gregorio's gift cards can be redeemed online at checkout and in our restaurants. Gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Treat your card like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift card purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 to create an account. We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, place fraudulent orders, or infringe others' rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gregorio's Trattoria and its service providers disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Food allergies

Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. If you have a food allergy, note it in your order's special instructions AND inform the restaurant by phone — online instructions alone should not be relied on for severe allergies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted here with a new effective date and apply prospectively.
